With deep roots in the entertainment industry and a sharp strategic mind, Aja Brown brings a rare blend of administrative leadership and creative fluency to her role as VP of Administration. For over a decade, Aja has worked behind the scenes of major music, video, and live production projects, ensuring that complex operations run with clarity, efficiency, and integrity.

At The Fall Guys, she oversees organizational infrastructure, talent relations, and cross-functional project coordination—aligning the company’s bold creative goals with day-to-day excellence. Her background in artist development, entertainment management, and studio operations gives her a unique 360° view of the industry, making her an invaluable force in shaping the company’s culture and growth.

ANTHONY BYNUM

Born into the legacy of Motown as the nephew of the legendary Smokey Robinson, Anthony Bynum has music in his blood and production in his bones. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Anthony has worked alongside some of the greatest names in entertainment—earning a reputation as a behind-the-scenes powerhouse known for precision, passion, and professionalism.

As Production Manager at The Fall Guys, Anthony leads with both old-school expertise and modern sensibility, ensuring every project—from studio sessions to large-scale events—runs flawlessly from concept to execution. His deep industry connections and instinct for talent make him a trusted bridge between creative vision and real-world results.

VIRGIL ROBERTS

Legal

Mr. Roberts is an American entertainment lawyer and community leader. He is the managing partner of Bobbitt & Roberts, a law firm which has represented such clients as Usher, Kanye West, Chaka Khan, Blackground Records, Slip ‘n’ Slide Records, the Ruff Ryders, MTV and for his instrumental role in the creation of Deathrow Records.

Prior to forming Bobbitt & Roberts, he was President and General Counsel of Solar Records. One of the most successful African American-owned record companies in the 80s and 90s, Solar had an impressive roster of gold and platinum-selling artists including Babyface, The Deele, The Whispers, Shalamar, Midnight Star,  Lakeside, Dynasty, Klymaxx, and Vanity.

Roberts excels in representing clients across various sectors, including sports, music, television, film, intellectual property, and all facets of the entertainment industry. In addition to his distinguished legal practice, he is widely recognized for his active participation in educational initiatives and community development efforts throughout Los Angeles.
